Vegeterian chose to avoid eating meat products . If you choose to become vegeterian that will be a good idea because studies proved that the human body digest meat in two days .
Choosing a healthy diet is the first step to become healthier and avoid diseases . A healthy diet contains fresh vegetables and fruits beside carbohydrates .
Eating raw food specially in fruits and vegetables has so many benefits because the human body benefit from the complete value of vitamins and minerals. Eating a raw meat or fish products is not recommended.
Raw food that your body will benefit from it includes fresh vegetables like cauliflower , broccoli, spinach, carrots, cucumber, green beans,beet roots,onions,zuccini,squash,thyme,lemons,avocado,red bell pepper,green  onions,olives,parsley,eggplant.

Raw food which include fruits such as mango,banana,strawberry,oranges,tangerine,berries,pears,apples,tomatoes .Vitamins supplements like B12.Q10,vitamine C,zinc,copper,omega three is very important to promote a healthy ammune system beside a healthy raw diet.
It is also recommended to include tofu in your diet as a source of protein and soy milk and nuts like peanuts,almonds.
Having a healthy diet beside a daily exercise such as walking or jogging or dancing improve and support the ammune system.You can benefit from the value of raw food by turning it into  juice specially for kids and children who do not like vegetables or fruits. Food That Help To Lose Weight Fast

If you want to lose weight fast and avoid taking chemicals tablets,there is a natural diet and specific food elements which help you to achieve your goal.
Losing weight might take long time but with the right plan you can lose about ten pounds a month.
My recommendation is to ask your doctor if you have any health problem before you start your healthy diet.
The reason is that your body ammune system might need extra nutrition which the diet will eliminate.

There are general rules to keep a healthy diet while losing weight such as eating three meals every day that includes snacks in between, getting enough sleep at night every day for at least eight hours .
Now once you start your healthy diet it is recommended to write a diet plan on a piece of paper that includes what kind of food you will eat every day and time.
Leave four hous at least between each meal so if you had your breakfast at 8 am you can have your lunch around 1 pm and your dinner time will be around 6 pm .
How much food you can have every day for a healthy diet ?
One ounce or one serving of whole grain such as one cup of cooked oat meal or cereal.
One serving of vegetables such as one cup of peas or green beans or spinach.
One serving of fruits such as one cup of bananas or grapes or apples.
Two cups of low fat milk.
Two ounces meat such as dried meat or lean ground beef or chicken or fish.
One table spoon of vegetable oil.
One cup of juice such as pinapple or grape.
There are specific kinds of food which speed up the metabolism of the body such as :
The green tea which has catechins that speed up the metabolism functions and fat burning in the body.
The brown beans which help to lower the cholestrol in the body and maintain a good blood sugar.
Eggs which has protein that prevent spikes in the blood sugar .
Hot chilli pepper which has capsaicin that suppress appetite.
Walnuts which has omega three that help to fight heart disease and cardiac arrest.
Beside the healthy diet and exercise try to avoid any stress.
Studies showed that stress helps to gain weight .
